I was born and raised in the Quad Cities, and have been a lifelong Iowa Hawkeye fan. While attending Western Illinois University, I was blessed to begin a career, in the real estate appraisal industry, with the US Army Corps of Engineers. Upon graduation my appraisal focus became single and multi-family residential. This has taken me to over 7 counties within Iowa and Illinois that include homes within metropolitan areas as well as homes in smaller communities or rural settings.
