Eastern Connecticut Home Inspection Services has been performing home inspections and related services throughout Eastern Connecticut since 2000. The company is owned and operated by Charles Halbert. Mr. Halbert is a licensed home inspector in the State of Connecticut (License #HOI.254). Mr. Halbert is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Certified Home Inspector, and a member of the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors (CAHI). Mr. Halbert is nationally certified for radon measurement by the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP). Mr. Halbert is an FAA licensed drone pilot (UAS Remote Pilot) and incorporates a drone into home inspections as needed.
