Energy Rated Homes of Utah

The Utah Energy Conservation Coalition/Energy Rated Homes of Utah is a not-for profit (501.C.3) training and educational organization committed to making housing more accessible and more energy efficient throughout the state of Utah. Energy Rated Homes of Utah works with lenders, REALTORS, builders, home buyers, sellers, appraisers, and utilities to promote affordable, energy-efficient housing throughout Utah. Through our unique membership with the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET), we are the oldest home energy rating program in Utah. We are members of the EPA ENERGY STAR Homes program and the Home Builder Association (HBA) — Both locally and nationally.
