Today, TFC consists of four wholly-owned subsidiaries: Flying S Title & Escrow, which operates 20 offices serving 30 counties in Idaho, 25 offices serving 33 counties in Montana, and three offices serving 13 counties in Wyoming; Insured Titles, which operates four offices servicing two counties in Montana; Title Financial Specialty Services provides additional real estate-related services including non-judicial foreclosure services, reconveyance and mortgage release services, and long-term escrow services; Title Financial Exchange Services, which is part of the Title Financial Specialty Services division, serves as a Qualified Intermediary for 1031 exchange transactions.
