Progressive Pest Control was established in 1999 with a goal to establish a small business with a few employees that would provide excellent pest control, and they did just that. In the first few years, Progressive Pest Control was able to obtain and maintain a small group of customers and provide great customer service while continuing to expand their knowledge of the pests that inhabit the Las Vegas valley and how to control them. As consumers, when we find things we come to enjoy and appreciate, we like to tell others about them, and Progressive’s initial customers were no exception. With so much positive word-of-mouth, in just a few short years the business had doubled, and then tripled, and continued to grow demanding new technicians and more trucks. Not wanting to compromise the high level of customer service that had lead to the increase in demand, PPC has been very critical of each and every technician they’ve hired, all of which have passed thorough background checks and are committed to treating each and every customer as if they were their only customer. In the years since Progressive Pest Control has become one of Las Vegas’ premier pest control companies. Not only do we continue to provide the valley’s highest quality pest control, but we also strive to maintain the outstanding customer service that has made us who we are today.
