Shrem Law PC is an East Bay Professional Law Corporation. Jean Shrem, the founder of Shrem Law PC, has been an attorney since 1997 and a real estate broker since 2002. She earned her J.D. Degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. Degree from UC Berkeley. During the dot com era, Jean worked as in-house corporate counsel for software and technology companies. She also spent six years as an active, top-producing Realtor in the East Bay area. Jean started Shrem Law in 2001. Jean specializes in, and speaks publicly on current topics in the fields of Real Estate Law, Business Law, Estate Planning and Intellectual Property Law.​ She provides private consultation and legal services to individuals, serves as outside general counsel to small and medium sized businesses and provides overflow legal services to large corporations.​ Shrem Law PC provides lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) friendly legal services.
