Unified Title Company LLC is a subsidiary of ET Investments, LLC, an investment firm based in Colorado and committed to supporting locally owned and operated agencies around the country. Though legally distinct, the subsidiary comprises a single family. They share a common mission, vision, and values. It is a full-service provider of title insurance, escrow, and related products for Colorado’s residential and commercial real estate transactions. Both companies are led by Brian Cooper, who is the owner and president. Brian is based in Colorado Springs.
