Founded on January 1, 1989. Jim Weinman, former agent with Brittan Real Estage began the company in a house formerly used as a rental property. However, since then it’s been expanded and remodeled to serve as an attactive and well-functioning place of business. In 2013, we combined offices with Harold Steggs Real Estate, uniting under the name Western Nebraska Real Estate to better serve buyers and sellers.
